MAX issue 2

Issue 2 is now complete and ready to print! Another exciting varied mix with part 1 of Luftwaffe 1946 'paper plane' concept aircraft, a beautiful 1/35th Russian torpedo boat resin kit, a superb 1/144th hovercraft diorama, a full build article on Lion roar's multi media kit of the German Flak 43, the second part of our 'Euro' feature with more stunning work from the show and also the first of our technique features and reviews of recent releases.

Thanks to all the modellers who called by our stand at the IPMS UK Nationals- Scale Model World. We've got some great photos to work through of some outstanding work- look forward to issue 3 when we'll start our report on the show- not to be missed!

We at Max want to give you some space in the magazine to show off pictures of your models and projects- any subject goes, just try and get some decent pictures which will be good enough to print and email them through - or post here. Prizes will be given for our favourites. Why not use the blog to ask any questions of more experienced modellers? we all had to start somewhere don't forget

A baby's disposable nappy (unused) is great to have on the bench when you're airbrushing to spray waste paint and cleaner into- they soak up an amazing amount of liquid and don't leak onto your workspace
